Vendor/Contractor Information

The CCISD Purchasing Department works collaboratively with each partner stakeholder to obtain the best value for all goods and services required in support of the school district. The purchasing team strives to foster an environment of fairness, competition and integrity in accordance with state and federal laws, district policies, good business practices and the Purchasing Code of Ethics. 

Clear Creek ISD is pleased to announce the use of a new online bidding system for the procurement of goods and services. To begin the process of becoming an awarded vendor for CCISD, please register in our online bidding system.

This does NOT make you an awarded vendor, it ONLY places you on the notification list for upcoming solicitations. Your company will still be required to respond to a solicitation and be awarded a contract by the CCISD Board of Trustees.

  • When a solicitation is advertised that matches the commodity you selected during your registration process, you will be emailed by our Bid System.
  • If you respond and are awarded a contract, then you become an awarded vendor.
  • You can now do business with our district for the commodity code you were awarded.
  • You can find information on current bid opportunities in the Bid System.

FIS Vendor Enrollment

CCISD partners with FIS Integrated Payables to streamline the payment process by offering virtual credit cards and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to vendors.

Follow the instructions below to enroll for FIS Integrated Payables:

1. Go to FIS Integrated Payables
2. Click “Subscribe” To Create Your Account
3. Enter Your Registration Code: {XXXXXXX}
4. Verify Your Information
5. Create An Online User Account
