Vendor/Contractor Information

The CCISD Purchasing Department works collaboratively with each partner stakeholder to obtain the best value for all goods and services required in support of the school district. The purchasing team strives to foster an environment of fairness, competition and integrity in accordance with state and federal laws, district policies, good business practices and the Purchasing Code of Ethics. 

For Businesses interested in doing business with Clear Creek ISD, there are a few simple steps to follow to allow you the opportunity to begin receiving notifications of future bids on products and services needed by CCISD. Once you have followed the two-step registration process below, you will be able to view and download documents and send questions via your Public Purchase portal regarding current advertised Request for Proposals (RFP). 

We do not currently accept bids electronically through Public Purchase; therefore, any bid submission by you will need to follow the instructions outlined in the specific bid under the General Information for Vendors.

FIS Vendor Enrollment

CCISD partners with FIS Integrated Payables to streamline the payment process by offering virtual credit cards and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to vendors.

Follow the instructions below to enroll for FIS Integrated Payables:

1. Go to FIS Integrated Payables
2. Click “Subscribe” To Create Your Account
3. Enter Your Registration Code: {XXXXXXX}
4. Verify Your Information
5. Create An Online User Account
