Board Recognitions

Falcon Pass Elementary students led the pledge. 

FFA students who earned top honors at the Annual Pasadena Show and Rodeo were recognized. 

Students from Westbrook Intermediate, Clear Creek High School, Clear Lake High School were honored for earning national recognition in the prestigious Mark of Excellence Awards competition. 

Students from Clear Brook High School, Clear Lake High School, Clear Lake City Elementary, Seabrook Intermediate, Clear Brook High School, League City Intermediate, Westbrook Intermediate and Clear Lake High School had artwork selected to be on display during the Texas Art Education Association’s 2025 txEDCON Exhibition.

Clear View High School’s rebuild design was honored with the Star of Distinction in the 2025-26 Exhibit of School Architecture through TASA/TASB.

Items of Interest

Superintendent Dr. Engle provided a district update on Teacher of the Year, Discover CCISD Update, and Student Activities.

The Consent Agenda was approved.

The use of Capital Projects Funds for Facility and Transportation Related Projects was approved.

The Board approved an authorization of expenditures with ILA-OMNIA vendor Brightly Software, Inc.

The contract for six White Fleet replacement vehicles was approved.

The contract to purchase seven police vehicles was approved.

The Board approved the list of new library materials.

The Board discussed findings of the districtwide Intruder Detection Audit Report.
