Board Recognitions

Goforth Elementary's Student Council led the pledge.

Westbrook Intermediate student Logan Manning was recognized as a Hero in the Hallway for his Kids for Kids Book Drive. Watch

Melanie Kehrer from League City Elementary and Annabel Henry from Clear Brook High School were celebrated for being selected to display their artwork as part of the 2025 Texas Art Education Association Youth Art Month Exhibition at the Bullock Texas State History Museum.

Six students qualified and placed at the UIL State Wrestling Tournament. 

Ryan Reddy from Clear Creek High School was recognized as a U.S. Presidential Scholar.

Items of Interest

Superintendent Engle gave a district update on 2025 CCISD Board of Trustees Elections, Superintendent Scholars, City of League City Partnership (Gilmore Bridge), Listening Sessions, and Legislative Update.

The Consent Agenda was approved.

The Board approved a budget amendment for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. 

The Board approved adoption of the fiscal year 2025-226 Budget Goals, Assumptions and Priorities.
