Design for Stewart Elementary Expansion Approved

Design for Stewart Elementary Expansion Approved

The Clear Creek Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the permanent addition design to Stewart Elementary as well as a multi-year construction phasing plan. As overwhelmingly supported by voters in May 2017, $18.95 million will be spent on the Kemah school to add 18 classrooms and remove portables, install additional parking, and renovate existing areas. When completed, Stewart Elementary will be able to accommodate more than 900 students.  The project will be phased in over the summer of 2018, the 2018-2019 school year and the summer of 2019. VLK is the architect for this project.
