CCISD Summer School

• $200.00 per class

• $100.00 per class for students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch

Summer School fees will take 24 hours following registration to show in Skyward Family Access for payment. If you do not see your fees in Skyward after 24 hours have passed, then contact your home campus counselor or summer school office staff after June 3, 2025. 

• Online by Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa only) through Family Access in Skyward. Credit card payments will have a convenience fee.

• Paid through your student’s Home Campus Bookkeeper through June 3, 2025
  • Payment can be personal check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Clear Creek ISD.
  • Personal checks must include physical address, phone number, and student name in memo.
• In-Person Payment at Bayside Intermediate
  • June 5th, 4:00-7:00 PM
  • June 7th, 8AM-12:00 PM
  • June 9th, 8AM-12:00 PM
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the second day of each session. No refund will be given to students dismissed due to disciplinary or attendance reasons.

Absences

• Students are allowed ONE absence and minimal discipline issues.
• Students who have more than one absence will be dismissed from summer school without course credit and all tuition forfeited.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for student’s attendance. The parent/guardian is to contact the summer school office when the student is absent. All other CCISD student attendance, check-in, check-out procedures for intermediate schools will remain in effect during summer school.

Tardies

• Tardies will be documented as a time of absence. Students are expected to make up any time missed to receive full credit. If the total amount of missed class time is more than 3 hours, the student may be dismissed from summer school without course credit and all tuition forfeited.

Discipline

• Students who exhibit major discipline concerns will be dismissed from summer school.
• Students must adhere to CCISD Student Code of Conduct and Dress Code Policy

Students are expected to bring their own CCISD issued device to summer school every day.

NO TRANSPORTATION will be provided to and from summer school campus for intermediate summer school.

Students will be dropped if payment is not received by June 9, 2026 for courses taken during session one and June 23, 2026 for courses being taken for session two.

No refund will be provided for students who are dismissed from summer school for attendance or discipline concerns.

Payment can be made through your student’s home campus bookkeeper prior to June 8, 2026 or online.

• Paid through your student’s home campus bookkeeper
  • Payment can be cash, personal check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Clear Creek ISD.

Students will be dropped if payment is not received by June 11, 2025. Cash will not be accepted at in-person registration at Clear Falls High School. 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the second day of each session. No refund will be given to students dismissed due to disciplinary or attendance reasons.

2025 Parent Payment Guide

Students are expected to bring their own CCISD issued device to summer school every day.

Texas House Bill 1481 still applies which prohibits students from using personal communication devices during the school day.

NO TRANSPORTATION will be provided to and from summer school campus for high school summer school.
