Intermediate Summer School

Clear Creek ISD Intermediate Summer School is for students entering grades 6–8. Classes are held at Bayside Intermediate. A student may receive full credit for a year’s course in one class in one session.

During pre-registration, students must contact their home campus counselor to register for courses.

Summer Semester I

June 9 – June 19, 2025, Monday – Thursday

Morning Class: 7:45 am to 11:00 am
Afternoon Class: 11:30 am to 2:45 pm
Lunch: 11:00 – 11:30 (For students attending AM and PM Sessions)

Credit Recovery Courses:

Language Arts/Reading - Grades 6, 7, 8
Mathematics - Grades 6, 7, 8

Students will have the opportunity to get targeted support in essential skills that will help them build a stronger foundation in ELA and/or Math. The extra support with these essential skills will help students be successful with their 2025-26 courses. By attending summer school, students will receive 26 hours of the HB1416 required accelerated instruction in each content area if they were not successful on the Math and/or Reading STAAR.

This class is a full day class. Space is limited, please register as soon as possible!

Summer Semester II

Summer Semester II is only for students who are required/recommended to take science and/or social studies to be promoted to the next grade level.

June 23 – July 3, 2025, Monday – Thursday

Morning Class– 7:45 am to 11:00 am
Afternoon Class - 11:30 am to 2:45 pm

Credit Recovery Courses

Science - Grades 6, 7, 8
Social Studies - Grades 6, 7, 8

These courses are available to students that need to complete necessary requirements in order to be promoted to the next grade level. Students will be notified if this work is needed. The only time a student is required to take summer school for science and/or social studies is if their overall combined average (mathematics, English language arts (ELA), science, and social studies) is below a 70 AND the student’s final grade for mathematics and English are both above 70 with their science and/or social students grades below a 70.

Payment Information

Online by Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa only) through Family Access in Skyward. Credit card payments will have a convenience fee.

Paid through your student’s Home Campus Bookkeeper through June 3, 2025
- Payment can be personal check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Clear Creek ISD.
- Personal checks must include physical address, phone number, and student name in memo.
In-Person Payment at Bayside Intermediate
- June 5th, 4:00-7:00 PM
- June 7th, 8AM-12:00 PM
- June 9th, 8AM-12:00 PM
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the second day of each session. No refund will be given to students dismissed due to disciplinary or attendance reasons.

Attendance Requirements

Absences

Students are allowed ONE absence and minimal discipline issues.
Students who have more than one absence will be dismissed from summer school without course credit and all tuition forfeited.
Parents/guardians are responsible for student’s attendance. The parent/guardian is to contact the summer school office when the student is absent. All other CCISD student attendance, check-in, check-out procedures for intermediate schools will remain in effect during summer school.

Tardies

Tardies will be documented as a time of absence. Students are expected to make up any time missed to receive full credit. If the total amount of missed class time is more than 3 hours, the student may be dismissed from summer school without course credit and all tuition forfeited.

Discipline

Students who exhibit major discipline concerns will be dismissed from summer school.
Students must adhere to CCISD Student Code of Conduct and Dress Code Policy

Students are expected to attend class once registration is complete, non-attendance will result in an absence.

High School Summer School

Clear Creek ISD High School Summer School is for students entering grades 9-12. All CCISD Summer School participants will report to Clear Falls High School for in person courses.

Course material are presented through two platform options computer-based instruction or teacher-led instruction.
Available courses and their presentation platform will be available through the High School Summer School Registration Card.
Summer School participants are held to strict behavioral and attendance standards.
Students are withdrawn after their 2nd absence and all fees will remain.

High School Summer School Information

Summer School Costs

$200.00 per 0.5 credits
$100.00 per 0.5 credits for students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch

Students will be dropped if payment is not received by June 11, 2025.

Summer School fees will take 24 hours following registration to show in Skyward Family Access for payment. If you do not see your fees in Skyward after 24 hours have passed, then contact your home campus counselor.

No refund will be provided for students who are dismissed from summer school for attendance or discipline concerns.
