Young Learners, Your Summer Learning Journey Awaits.

Our youngest learners continue to grow and explore through the summer months. As you plan your summer adventures, we recognize a balance of outdoor play and enriched learning is important.

To support all students this summer, we created a robust summer course offering mathematic, reading, and exploratory resources for grades K-5 in both English and Spanish.

Our Summer Learning Journey 
course is live and accessible through the itslearning platform. The course content is accessed in blocks by grades K-2 and grades 3-5. Sign up today to take advantage of this amazing resource.

Does your student need to take a class or two over the summer? Does your incoming 8th grader want to get College and Career Ready?

Pre-register with your school counselor through Thursday, June 3, or register in person at Clear Creek High School during summer school hours starting June 7. Payment is due by June 10.

Incoming 6th and 9th Graders, This One is For You.

The Summerbridge course offered through Edgenuity is LIVE and students can access it through the Single Sign-on Portal and then the Edgenuity app.

This course helps prepare you for the increased rigor of intermediate school or high school. Each course features interactive instruction, practice tasks, assignments, and assessments to provide targeted reinforcement so you're ready for grade-level work and can successfully transition from fifth to sixth grade or eighth grade to ninth grade.

Sora Free Online Library Access.
 Check out Sora - a reading app that allows students to borrow eBooks and audiobooks online for free.

Students access the app by logging in to the single sign-on portal, clicking the “library resources” tab at the top, and then finding the Sora app. Sora can be used on any device and borrowed books can also be downloaded so students can access them without having to be connected to the internet.

Free Audiobooks Through Audible.
 Planning a road trip or travel this summer? Did you know that CCISD offers age-appropriate free audiobooks through Audible? 

Simply login to the single sign-on portal, click the "library resources" tab and look for the Audible logo. Once clicked, your student will have access to free audiobooks for any travel adventure.
