What is Skyward Family Access?

Skyward is an online system that provides staff, parents, and students access to course grades, schedules, attendance records, fees, and other school data.

First, set up your Skyward account by providing basic information and creating a unique password. Then, log in using your username and password. When enrolling a new student, navigate to the Enrollment section in your menu options to input necessary details and documentation online. Once you have completed the online forms, explore the tabs and menus to access grades, attendance records, assignments, and communication tools with teachers. Forgot your password? Not sure if you have an existing account?

Visit the CCISD Skyward Login Page and click the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link under the Sign In button or click the link below. If an account is associated with the entered email address, you will receive an email with your Username and instructions to reset your Password.

Getting Access

If I am a Parent/Guardian and do not have a login, how do I get one?
Contact your child's school. They will be able to send you an e-mail with a link to setup your account.

I got locked out of my account, how do I regain access?
Visit the CCISD Skyward Login Page and click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link under the Sign In button. Note: You must have an E-mail on file with your child's school to receive further instructions.

Can I view my child's grades and attendance using an app (application) on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Skyward Mobile Access is available for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. Download the app today!

Account Information

If I am a Parent/Guardian and forgot my username/password, what do I do?

If I have a family access login for each child, can I merge my accounts?
Yes! Contact your child's school and they will be able to merge your accounts.

I logged into my family access account, but I don't see all my children. How do I fix this?
Contact with your child's school and they will be able review your account settings.

Does my child need my username and password to see their grades?
No, each student has their own account. They will use their district login and password to view their grades, attendance records, etc.

How do I update my student's emergency contacts/health alerts?
Visit the Health Info section on the Family Access Support Page for guidance on how to update health alerts.
