Residency Affidavits for the 2026-2027 School Year
Pre-K and Kindergarten
Starting May 1, 2026, Safe and Secure Schools will begin accepting early registration residency affidavits for Pre-K and Kindergarten students. The affidavit packets, along with instructions for completing and submitting them, are available below. Once completed and notarized, affidavits must be submitted by email to safeandsecure@ccisd.net. Be sure to include all required supporting documentation with your submission.
Grades 1-12
Affidavits for students entering 1st through 12th grade will be accepted beginning August 1, 2026. These submissions must be made in person by appointment only, during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Each family should schedule only one appointment, as all students in a household will be processed together during that time.
Additional information about how to schedule an appointment will be posted on this website as the August date approaches.
Please be advised all affidavits are:
- One per student
- Required to be notarized prior to submittal
- Required to submit the supporting documents as listed on each packet
- Allowed to turn in a tax statement in the case that there is no lease or mortgage statement
- Current bills are to be within 30 days

Only one student per original affidavit. No copies or notary services are available at the Safe and Secure Schools. The Affidavit and attachments will be reviewed while you are on location and upon approval the affidavit, Safe & Secure Schools will submit the information to the according campus.

Students currently attending schools in the Clear Creek Independent School District under a residency affidavit must have their residency verified annually to avoid withdrawal from the Clear Creek Independent School District. The students affected are those currently enrolled on an affidavit.
If you no longer require a residency affidavit, please deliver copies of the required proof of residency documents (mortgage, lease and utility bill in your name) to the school to correct their records.
