Residency Affidavits

Residency Affidavit Submission Guidelines

Starting September 15, 2025, Safe and Secure Schools will begin accepting residency affidavits BY EMAIL. Once your affidavit is completed and notarized, please submit it via email to, safeandsecure@ccisd.net.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, we kindly ask that you:

  • Submit all documents as one single PDF file (rather than sending multiple attachments).
  • If you're unable to upload or combine your documents, you may bring them to your student’s campus. Campus staff can assist by scanning and submitting them to Safe and Secure Schools on your behalf.
  • Please refrain from visiting the ESC to turn in documents, as in-person submissions are not accepted at that location. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain an efficient process.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your submission. Thank you for your attention and cooperation!

Please be advised all affidavits are:

  • One per student
  • Required to be notarized prior to submittal
  • Required to submit the supporting documents as listed on each packet
  • Allowed to turn in a tax statement in the case that there is no lease or mortgage statement
  • Current bills are to be within 30 days

2025-2026 Residency Affidavit Forms

Only one student per original affidavit. No copies or notary services are available at the Safe and Secure Schools. The Affidavit and attachments will be reviewed while you are on location and upon approval the affidavit, Safe & Secure Schools will submit the information to the according campus.

Due to an increase in phone calls you may experience a delay in response. We make every effort to promptly respond to your inquires. Thank you for your patience. We do appreciate it.

Students currently attending schools in the Clear Creek Independent School District under a residency affidavit must have their residency verified annually to avoid withdrawal from the Clear Creek Independent School District. The students affected are those currently enrolled on an affidavit.

If you no longer require a residency affidavit, please deliver copies of the required proof of residency documents (mortgage, lease and utility bill in your name) to the school to correct their records.
