Graduation Ceremony Details

The Clear Creek Independent School District is honored to recognize the Class of 2026 during seven outdoor ceremonies.

• Each ceremony will be available for viewing via a livestream
• No large bags/backpacks. Please review Clear Bag Parameters.
• No Balloons or Large Signs
• No Real or Artificial Noisemakers/Air horns
• A section has been reserved on the home side for the hearing impaired. Please request seating at the ticket counter upon entering.

Stadium Entry

There is open seating and open parking for all ceremonies. Graduates can notify families where they will be seated based on their assigned seat. View color quadrant map for seating and parking lots designations. 

AM Ceremonies

• Both stadium parking lot and entry gates open at 7:00 AM

PM Ceremonies

• Stadium parking lot gates open at 5:30 PM
• Entry gates to the stadium open at 6:30 PM
• If you are picking up a graduate after the ceremony, you will need to use Entrance A. You will access from W. Bay Area to W. Nasa Blvd. via Grissom Rd.

Weather Contingency Plan

In the case of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony may be delayed until storms pass. The District relies on forecast advice from area meteorologists and sophisticated weather applications. If the ceremony can be held within a reasonable time of the scheduled start, the District will notify students and parents via text message and phone calls of a delay.

Please take note of the following:

• If inclement weather is approaching prior to 6 p.m., we will notify students and parents to remain in vehicles until it is safe to proceed to the check-in areas and tents.
• If students are checked in to their assigned locations/tents and inclement weather arises, we will ask students to return to their vehicles; if students do not have a vehicle to return to, we will have buses available with A/C for them to report to; we will also direct students to the concourse area in the stadium for protection from the weather.

However, if this is not possible, the ceremony will be held on the Rain Date below at CCISD Challenger Columbia Stadium:
