Community Use of CCISD Facilities

The Clear Creek Independent School District offers the majority of its facilities to organizations who wish to rent areas for community use. Facility rental rules are outlined in District Policy. Rental fees very based on school-based camps, non-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations.

Step 2: Review Rental Rates

*Support fees are required for custodial, security or technology based on group size.

Step 3: Profit Status

Non-profit organizations will need to provide proof of tax exemption (i.e., Determination Letter from the IRS).

Step 4: Insurance

Proof of general liability insurance indicating a minimum of $1 million in coverage naming Clear Creek ISD as the certificate holder is required. Most insurance agents can provide this quote.

Step 5: Reserve Online

Facility Reservation Requests are submitted online. Please allow up to two weeks for a response. All facility rental requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the event.

Step 6: Contract and Payment

Once your request is approved, you will receive a rental agreement contract and invoice. You may pay online. Reservations will be canceled if invoice is not paid by the due date.

Cancellation Fees: *
Fees are due in full for events that are canceled under two business days' notice. Outdoor events that need to be canceled due to severe weather must be canceled in a timely manner. Cancellations can be sent via email to lendres@ccisd.net.
