Employee Benefit Information

Clear Creek ISD is committed to providing employees a comprehensive group health plan. Employees may select the benefit options that best meet their needs. Employees decide the cost and amount of healthcare services they use. Annual enrollment opens at the end of July. Benefits renew on September 1 annually.

New employees must enroll for benefits within 31 calendar days of their hire date by utilizing the online enrollment system.

The elections made during Open Enrollment will be effective for the full plan year (September 1st through August 31st) unless the employee experiences a change in status as defined by federal law. Once a change in status occurs, employees have 31 calendar days from the event date to change their benefit elections. Employment Verifications

Employment verification requests are processed by the Payroll department. Please email at voe@ccisd.net.

Teacher Resource Center

The Teacher Resource Center is YOUR resource center to utilize for your classroom needs. Most services are self-serve, meaning you can come into the center to complete the work yourself. Posters must be printed by a staff member only and must be submitted into the queue. You may also email or drop off an order to be completed by a Teacher Center team member and the order will be processed in the order in which it was received.

The Teacher Center team members only print orders of 300 sheets or less. Any copy orders over 300 sheets must be sent to the Print Shop. The information for the Print Shop is located on their department page.

We accept cash, checks, use of school/ department accounts. No credit cards.

We now offer the teacher center to be used as a meeting place, but we do ask that you call and reserve your group in advance.
