The Department of Facility Services oversees the planning, budgeting, and construction of all building projects for the District.

Facility Services also oversees Facilities and Planning.

Strategic Improvement Plans

The Facilities & Planning Department is part of the Clear Creek ISD Operations Support Team. Facilities provides planning and facilities construction.

Their mission is to provide strategic planning with regards to building new quality schools and make existing school facilities better and safer for the Clear Creek ISD community while preserving the public’s trust.
