New Student Meal Program
For the last two years, students in grades Pre-K-8 were allowed to eat free of charge, regardless of their meal benefits status, due to a special federal program. The federal funding for this program has ended. Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, students that do not qualify for meal benefits will be required to pay for meals. Click here for the student meal prices.
The Free and Reduced Meal Program provides an opportunity for eligible families with enrolled students at CCISD to receive meals at a discounted price or at no cost based on program requirements. The cost of a meal is determined by the student’s eligibility – Free, Reduced or Paid.

Transportation & Bus Tag
Yellow Bus Cards
CCISD requires a parent or a designated adult of a Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten student to be present at the child's bus stop during drop-off times and to present a pre-issued Yellow School Bus Card. This yellow bus card must match the one that is on the child's backpack before the school bus driver will allow the student to exit the bus. This process is designed to ensure the youngest bus riders are exiting at the right bus stop and under the guidance of an adult on the way home from school.
Bus Routes
Clear Creek ISD offers bus transportation to students who live more than two (2) miles from their school or for walking routes that are hazardous. These routes are updated and published based on the need indicated in back-to-school forms. They will be available on this site before the start of school.
Student Health
COVID-19
Clear Creek ISD is committed to providing a healthy environment for students and staff which is why the District follows requirements set forth by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) regarding COVID-19.

CCISD Policy
The mission of the Clear Creek Independent School District, the visionary leader igniting learning for all, is to ensure each student achieves, contributes and leads with integrity in a safe and nurturing environment distinguished by authentic relationships, service before self and the spirit of exploration. The Student Handbook is designed to align with law, board-adopted policy and the Student Code of Conduct, which is a board-adopted document intended to promote school safety and an atmosphere for learning.

School Information
At the July 11, 2022 Board meeting, the CCISD Board of Trustees approved the District’s Semester Exam Exemption policy for students in grades 9-12. As the result of work by the CCISD Attendance Taskforce and feedback from several stakeholder groups, CCISD made adjustments to the semester exemptions which will be active for the 2022-2023 school year.
CCISD relies on a teacher-team approach to adjust, accelerate, or slow down lessons to ensure students are truly learning content, not just consuming it. For this team approach to be effective and powerful, the school district has designated “Instructional Planning Days” throughout the school year.
Every day counts! Parents, please be sure to send your children to school every day and on time. Missing just two days of school a month can significantly impact their learning progress and over time, chronic absences can put them behind grade level.
CCISD believes each person deserves to be physically and emotionally safe. To this extent, the District has developed a comprehensive school safety program.
Safety Updates
The CCISD School Safety Advisory Committee, which includes staff, students, parents, and law enforcement agencies, met during the summer of 2022 to develop recommendations to improve student and staff safety.
CCISD Alerts Emergency App
Students, parents, staff and community members are encouraged to download and utilize the CCISD Alerts Emergency App which sends push notifications in the event of an emergency. Click here or search for “Clear Creek ISD” in the app stores to download today.
Anonymous Tip Reporting System
CCISD has partnered with the Anonymous Alerts System to offer our community a way to send in tips to investigate. This system has been instrumental in preventing school incidents, addressing cyber-bullying and bullying, and building a culture of upstanders. It allows for a person to submit a tip anonymously and an administrator will respond through an encrypted system to maintain anonymity.
Volunteer
Are you interested in volunteering on a campus this school year? CCISD has implemented Raptor, an improved visitor and volunteer management system. In order to volunteer, all new and returning volunteers must complete the online application and successfully pass a criminal history check to be eligible. This system will allows volunteers to create a profile, track volunteer hours, view and sign up for volunteer needs, and communicate with other volunteers and the campus.
