Last year, Clear Creek ISD launched connectCCISD — a simple and unified school-to-home communication platform — to reach and engage every parent, helping ensure they have the opportunity to actively participate in their children’s education. The connectCCISD platform is available for staff and parents to use on their computers or mobile devices. By unifying multiple tools into one communications app and service, connectCCISD provides a seamless experience for parents and staff. Parents will be able to keep track of news, activities and events from all their children’s schools in one place. This also includes emergency communication.
Download the mobile app below to get push notifications from your school. ParentSquare can also be accessed through a browser.
*NEW FOR 2025: Intermediate and high school students will soon have the opportunity to utilize StudentSquare through the SSO portal to connect with teachers and coaches during the school day. This is intended to bridge the communication gap due to the new state cell phone law which bans the use of personal devices during the school day.
Cellphone-Free Learning
Texas has passed a new law which prohibits student use of personal communication devices during the school day to reduce student distractions and improve student engagement in the learning environment. This law applies to:
- Cell phones
- Non-district issued electronic devices
- Smartwatches
- AirPods and all Bluetooth-enabled headphones or accessories
While this is a new state law, our schools have always expected students to store their personal devices during class and many of our intermediate schools had already had practices prohibiting students from having phones during the school day.

Back-To-School Forms
Parents of new and returning students will need to fill out their back-to-school forms online in Skyward Family Access. Please complete this important task to verify school attendance for class list and scheduling purposes. Elementary campuses are open throughout the week to assist with the enrollment process. Intermediate and high school times vary. Please contact your campus for exact dates and times.
*If you are needing assistance with your forms in Skyward, please contact your campus data specialist.

Residency Affidavits
Residency affidavits are being accepted in person, by appointment, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at CCISD’s Central Support Facility at 2145 West NASA Blvd., Webster, Texas 77598. Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday. The completed original affidavit, including all attachments, must be turned in for approval.
School Hours
*Please note: there are no Late Arrival days for high schools. High schools participate in Early Release days as designated on the 2025-2026 Academic Calendar.

Attendance Matters
Every day counts! Parents, please be sure to send your children to school every day and on time.
Missing just two days of school a month can significantly impact their learning progress and over time, chronic absences can put them behind grade level.
Here is what you can do to keep your child on track:
- Only keep them home if they are truly ill.
- Schedule doctor appointments and vacations on non-school days. Click here to see the academic calendar.
- Maintain routines for eating, sleep, and homework even on non-school days.
- Alert a counselor or your child’s teacher if there is something happening at school that has your child thinking twice about attending.
NEW FOR 2025: StopFinder
Clear Creek ISD will introduce a new, simple-to-use bus badging system for the 2025-2026 school year. This program will provide an added layer of security and peace of mind for families. Each student rider will receive a personal badge to scan when they get on and off the bus. This will allow the District and families to check that the student has boarded the correct bus and has safely arrived at their stop. The system helps ensure children get off at the right location and provides the transportation team with immediate, real-time information. In the rare case of an emergency or a delayed bus, the District will be able to identify the last location the student was at using the new system, allowing for a swift and effective response.
The system is paired with a secure mobile app for parents, which allows notifications when a bus is approaching the stop and confirms once students have safely boarded or exited the bus. The app will be available shortly after the beginning of the new school year.
To ensure the system functions smoothly, CCISD will initially implement the technology of scanning on and off the buses in a phased approach, allowing for testing and fine-tuning before fully expanding it throughout the District. All parents and guardians will receive notifications as each campus launches the system, keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
Yellow Bus Cards
CCISD requires a parent or a designated adult of a Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten student to be present at the child's bus stop during drop-off times and to present a pre-issued Yellow School Bus Card. This yellow bus card must match the one that is on the child's backpack before the school bus driver will allow the student to exit the bus. This process is designed to ensure the youngest bus riders are exiting at the right bus stop and under the guidance of an adult on the way home from school. Students will be sent home with the bus tags on the first day of school.
Bus Routes
Prior to the launch of StopFinder, routes will still be available through the current system. These routes are updated and published based on the need indicated in back-to-school forms. They will be available on this site before the start of school.

Student Meal Program
CCISD leverages SchoolCafè as an online menu and payment management system for all student meals. This robust platform allows families to add funds to a student account, check account history, set a la carte purchasing restrictions, view and print school menus, review nutrition and allergen information, as well as apply for meal benefits. It is also the payment method for student meals in our school cafeterias.
The Free and Reduced Meal Program provides an opportunity for eligible families with enrolled students at CCISD to receive meals at no cost for the 2025-2026 school year.

CCISD Policy
The mission of the Clear Creek Independent School District, the visionary leader igniting learning for all, is to ensure each student achieves, contributes and leads with integrity in a safe and nurturing environment distinguished by authentic relationships, service before self and the spirit of exploration. The Student Handbook is designed to align with law, board-adopted policy and the Student Code of Conduct, which is a board-adopted document intended to promote school safety and an atmosphere for learning.
2025-2026 CCISD Code of Conduct 2025-2026 Student Handbook & Dress Code
CCISD believes each person deserves to be physically and emotionally safe. To this extent, the District has developed a comprehensive school safety program.
CCISD Emergency Alerts
Emergency notifications from CCISD feed through the connectCCISD platform for parents and staff. All communication will be filtered here in the event of an emergency.
Anonymous Tip Reporting System
CCISD has partnered with the Anonymous Alerts System to offer our community a way to send in tips to investigate. This system has been instrumental in preventing school incidents, addressing cyber-bullying and bullying, and building a culture of upstanders. It allows for a person to submit a tip anonymously and an administrator will respond through an encrypted system to maintain anonymity.
Intermediate & High School Bathrooms
The CCISD School Safety Committee identified restroom safety as a top priority. Last school year, various intermediate campuses had bathroom entrance doors removed to pilot the new safety features. The District has seen a reduction in the number of restroom incidents at these campuses. Crews have been working throughout the summer to remove doors at the rest of the intermediate and high school campuses and conduct updates to ensure privacy.

Volunteer
Are you interested in volunteering on a campus this school year? CCISD has implemented Raptor, an improved visitor and volunteer management system. In order to volunteer, all new and returning volunteers must complete the online application and successfully pass a criminal history check to be eligible. This system will allows volunteers to create a profile, track volunteer hours, view and sign up for volunteer needs, and communicate with other volunteers and the campus.
