1. Ensure your promotion meets the CCISD Discounts & Deals Guidelines

Clear Creek ISD

• Requests that the proposed Deal or Discount for goods or services be better than other offers provided to the general public.
• Requests that your business requires only a CCISD ID badge and not a printed copy of your offer, since printing coupons and fliers requires the use of costly ink and paper.
• Reserves the right to refuse a posting if it is not considered to be appropriate and in line with CCISD Policy GKB (Local).
• Reserves the right to refuse a posting if the offer is generally available to all customers of the business.
• Reserves the right to limit the number of annual postings by a single business.
• Does not endorse, promote, or guarantee any of the products or services listed.

Submitting Files for Deals and Discounts

Each Seasons of Fun E-Flyer will be posted for 30 days unless a longer term is selected. New E-Flyers will be posted as soon as possible. 

E-Flyer will not be posted until payment has been received.

Please submit E-Flyers at least 14 days before your event, camp or registration begins. 

Once approved, organizations and businesses will pay online via CCISD's Web Store.

All E-Flyers must meet the following standards: 

• Serve CCISD students.
• Include name of the organization sponsoring the service or event.
• Activity or event promoted must be age and/or developmentally appropriate for students.

• Non CCISD-Related Organizations and Businesses Disclaimer: For all non CCISD-related organizations and businesses, please include the following disclaimer in a font of 12 pt. OR larger: "NEITHER THIS ORGANIZATION NOR THIS EVENT IS SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR OTHERWISE AFFILIATED WITH CLEAR CREEK ISD."

  CCISD-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS DO NOT NEED TO INCLUDE THE DISCLAIMER. 

E-Flyers will be denied for the following reasons, in accordance with policies GKDA (LOCAL) and GKB (LOCAL).

CCISD provides select groups and organizations the ability to share flyers and information on events and activities that benefit students and families. Open to For-Profits, Non-Profits and CCISD-affiliated organizations.

Please follow the NEW instructions to submit your flyer for review and approval:

Approval/Denial of Requests

You will receive an e-mail approving or denying your request based on the criteria above along with a link for payment if approved. CCISD will send a listing of approved organizations to our campus leaders indicating who will be bringing flyers to their schools.

Delivery of approved flyers to CCISD elementary campuses 

Printing and delivering flyers, which need to be divided into stacks of 25, is the sole responsibility of the 501(c)3 organization. Please drop off flyers the week of April 6 - April 10, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Please do not bring your flyers any earlier than the designated date of April 6 and anything delivered past April 10 is subject to campus refusal.

Distribution of paper flyers in take-home folders will be the week of April 6 - April 10, 2026.
