The CCISD Private Instruction Program offers individual instruction to students enrolled in our instrumental and vocal music programs. Supplemental music lessons are offered as enrichment to classroom instruction. These lessons are designed to utilize the characteristic literature of the instrument or voice, rather than to rehearse the music a student will be performing in his or her school organization. Participation in these supplemental lessons is optional. Students who elect to not participate in supplemental lessons will not be penalized. Supplemental music lessons do not affect the student’s grades in music and are not a requirement for placement in advanced performing ensembles.

Please read the "Parent Information" section carefully before enrolling your child in this program. Procedures, policies, and other information concerning private instruction are included. If you have any questions, please call the Music Enrichment Department at (281) 284-0086, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or your child's music director.

To enroll your student in the program, please complete the enrollment form. Submit the entire form to your student's Band, Choir, or Orchestra Director with a $70.00 check or money order attached payable to "CCISD MEF".
