Evaluation & Continuous Quality Improvement
- Each quarterly meeting will begin with evaluation of data, a follow-up to action items discussed at previous meeting, and end with identification of new issues and possible solutions. Program implementation will be adjusted to improve program outcomes.
- Continuous quality improvement will occur simultaneously with program implementation. Campus teams will meet regularly to assess implementation progress and to resolve problems.
Evaluation data will be gathered and shared by The Education Alliance of Brown University on annual basis. Findings will be reviewed during a full day retreat of the EEE management team. Necessary program modifications will be discussed and action plans developed to increase program success the following school year.

- 1-2 Campus Administrators
- 1 Career Implementation Specialist
- Teacher Representatives (1 per SLC)
- Student (1 per community)
- Parent (1 per community)
- 1-2 Community Members
