District and campus services for students at risk of dropping out of school are designed so that students will be performing at grade level at the conclusion of the next regular school term. In order to be successful, services for students at risk of dropping out of school must be evaluated in the following ways:
- Effectiveness in reducing the disparity in performance on TAKS as compared to other students.
- Effectiveness in reducing any disparity in the rates of high school completion as compared to other students.
- Clear Creek ISD uses only state criteria to identify At-Risk students. Once identified, students are placed in compensatory programs. Documentation of eligibility and services is completed on the District Personal Graduation Plan, and this form is filed in the student’s cumulative folder.
