Project Graduation Ticket Sales

Attention: Senior Advisory Teachers

On Thursday, January 10th tickets were distributed during a senior assembly for a fundraiser for CBHS 2008 Project Graduation. If any of your students missed this assembly and would like to pick up tickets to sell, please have them go to the Senior Office and ask Mrs. Mossburger for tickets or they may pick up tickets on Thursday during all lunches in the commons.

Advisory Teachers: It would be helpful if you would go over the ticket sale with the seniors to make sure they understand all that is involved.

Please inform them that all proceeds from the sale of the tickets go directly to their Project Graduation party on Saturday, June 7th that will be held at Main Event in Webster from 11:30 to 5:30 a.m.

When the student makes a sale, they should give the portion containing the prize information to the buyer so that they will have a receipt of the number that will be drawn, this is the tear off portion (Large Side). The other side should be completely filled out with the buyer's information to turn in with the money collected. This is particularly important since the winner will need the tear off portion to prove they purchased the ticket. (Just one of our fraud preventions.)

The student must turn in the documentation side with the correct funds for that ticket number to be in the drawing. Once a ticket is drawn, the winner will need to have the corresponding side to collect their winnings. (The board has several fraud protectors establised, but I do not want to advertise what they are to the students.)

On Thursdays, starting on the 17th, a table will be set up in the commons during all lunches to collect any sold tickets. Tickets may be turned in a few at a time or all at once. No tickets will be collected without the proper documentation on the ticket or money.

Sell - 1 ticket - 1 entry in Proj. Grad night drawing

Sell - 15 tickets - 2 entries in Proj. Grad night drawing (Free entry to Proj. Grad.)

Sell - 20 tickets - 3 entries in Proj. Grad night drawing

Sell - 25 tickets - 4 emtries in Proj. Grad night drawing

Every 5 tickets after the initial 15 will equal an additional entry.
