Students new to Clear Brook High School must enroll in the counseling office.
Fall Registration is mandatory
for students who are:
• Current Clear Brook High School students since May 31, 2008
• Incoming 9th grade students who were enrolled at Intermediate feeder
schools since May 31, 2008
Drive through and pick up fall registration
packets in front of counseling doors.
• 08/05/08 – 08/08/08 from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Extended day: 08/06/08 from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Fall Registration will be held on
08/12/08, 08/13/08 and 08/15/08.
• 7:30 – 10:00 am, 11:00 – 2:30 pm
• Extended day: 08/13/08 - 7:30 – 12:30 pm, 2:30 – 7:00 pm
1. Make sure the following forms
have been COMPLETED before registering.
- Student Registration Form
With proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement,
lease agreement)
Bills Not Acceptable: Insurance Bill, Tax Statement, Cable,
Cellular
- Student/Parent Handbook Parent Acknowledgement Form
- Emergency Information Card & Medical Information
- Immigrant Status Form
- Home Language Survey
- Meal Benefit Form (optional)
- CLEAR Membership (optional)
- Student Support Group (optional)
- CCISD Department of Counseling and Guidance (optional)
- American Heritage Photography Form
- K/12 Planet (optional)
2. MUST have payment
for all fines and fees (from 2007-2008 Not Clear List)
3. Enter the building through Athletic Doors (Not Main Entrance)
4. You MUST visit each station (1-7). Each station will stamp
your Registration Check Sheet Clear.
5. Station 8 – K12 Planet, Station 9 – Athletics and Station 10
- Fine Arts (optional)
6. Visit School Clubs/Organizations, PTSO, Booster Clubs (optional)

If there is a problem with your schedule, there will be a CCISD Schedule Error/Program
Change Form at Station 7. Complete and return it to Station 7.
Parking Permits Issued (seniors) on 08/12/08 ONLY
