2010 Strength and Conditioning Camp
PROGRAM
- This program will be available to all students entering the 7th grade through 12th grade.
- Sessions will be: June 14 - July 22 Monday - Thursday
- Session Times are from:
7:10 am - 8:50 am
9:00 am - 10:40 am
- Two sessions: Boys and Girls at CBHS
- Each session will follow the rules of the U.I.L
- All incoming 7th, 8th and 9th graders will take the second session
PARTICIPANTS
- Student cost is $60.00
- Each student must have a physical on file
- Students must follow the dress requirements of the coach
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Each student should register with Coach Broussard no later than June 11
- Make checks payable to CCISD
- You do not need to fill anything out to register, just the payment
- Please put the participants name at the bottom of the check with their sport and the session they will attend
DAILY ROUTINE
- Each session will be an hour and forty minutes long.
- Fifty minutes will be spent in the weight room and the other outside.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Each student may want to bring his or her own water bottle and towel
- It will be hot so dress appropriately and drink plenty of fluids

Congratulations!
Sophomore baseball team took the field last Friday and ran their record
to 14-4 and 7-1 in district by defeating
the Clear Creek Wildcats by a score of 11-3.
Ernest Razo was the pitcher of record by throwing 3 2/3 innings of shut out relief.
The offense got off to a slow start, but came through in the end, the Wolverines were lead by Chris Sims, Oscar Kutch, Cameron Snedeker, and Christian Perner who all collected at least 2 hits in the game.
Be sure to pass all of these people a congratulations, and wish them luck in the future! Go Wolverines!
