Loan period
Most circulation items may be checked out for three weeks with the following exceptions:
Reference - overnightÊe-books - 2 hours
Magazines - overnightÊRestricted - no check out

Students may check out up to five books and three magazines at a time except when limited by the librarians. CBHS Library Catalog

Fines
The fine on most materials is $.10 a day with a maximum of $5.00 with the following exceptions: Reference - $.25 a day Magazines - $.25 a day.

Lost Book Policy
The charge for a lost book will include a replacement cost and a $2.00 processing fee.Ê If the book can no longer be ordered, the following prices will apply in order to replace with a comparable item.
Fiction books - $15.00
Nonfiction books - $20.00
Paperbacks - $8
Magazines - $5.00
Items found will be refunded until September 1st of the following school year.

Internet Usage Policy
Students must have a valid CBHS I.D. and current Internet sticker in order to use the internet in the library.
On Library computers, students may not play games, download, use disks or communication tools (email, bulletin boards, chat rooms, blogs, online diaries, etc). Communication tools can be used after 2:30pm only.
