The School Liaison Office illustrates the best known methods and practices of the police role with a highly diversified, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic community.

To accomplish our mission, we use a proactive police approach to law enforcement; looking forward, not back, and anticipating the future. We find ourselves constantly interacting with the community and helping create a positive and safe learning environment.

Technological changes in society, and internally within the law enforcement profession, must be counterbalanced by genuine concern for people, regardless of economic level, creed, sexual preference, gender or other individual characteristics. Therefore, having recognized these changes, we view people as our most important resource.



We view safety and security as a partnership that requires the active participation and cooperation of those who are served as well as to who provides the service. We maintain a balance between offering a safe quality educational environment and maintaining a law enforcement presence.
