Q: Do I make to make an appointment for registration?
Answer: Elementary and intermediate students do no have to make an appointment to register for classes. It is recommended that the parents of high school students make an appointment with their student's campus for registration to avoid lengthy lines.
Q: When is kindergarten registration?
Answer: Elementary schools hold kindergarten in conjunction with all other grade levels. Please review the REGISTRATION DATES information to see when you campus has kindergarten registration.
Q: What is the birth date requirement for kindergarten students?
Answer: September 1 is the cut-off date used by Clear Creek ISD. A child must be five years old by September 1 of the year he/she begins kindergarten.
Q: Do you screen kindergarten students and make recommendations on whether or not they should attend or wait a year?
Answer: We do not recommend that children who are five by September 1st do not attend kindergarten. Our process is one of registration, not screening out students. If you have questions regarding the readiness of your child, campus principals, teachers and guidance counselors are available to talk with you to help you make the decision whether your child should attend or wait a year.

Q: What do I need to bring to registration?
- 2 Proofs of residence in the Clear Creek Independent School District.:
- Current Deed to a house in the name of the Adult seeking to enroll
- a child, or
- Current mortgage or payment book, or
- Signed apartment lease in the name of the adult seeking to enroll a child, AND
- A copy of a current electric bill, or
- Water utility bill for the address identifed.
- Birth certificate (To obtain a copy of a birth certificate, see below)
- Immunizations record [see requirements]
- Last report card or withdrawal form from previous school district
- Social Security Card
