Students are Clear Creek ISD's most valuable resource. Each campus has a registered nurses, that specializes in the identification, assessment, prevention and intervention to remedy or modify students' health needs.

Individual campuses maintain immunizations records, mandate specific health screenings and facilitate communication with parents when needed. Please use the informatoin below to learn more about the Clear Creek ISD School Health Services.
 
 

A Parent's Checklist: What You Can Do

 

At the beginning of the school year: Provide the school nurse with documentation of your child's up-to-date immunizations.

During the school year: Please keep your child's Emergency Card information up-to-date (contact phone numbers, allergies, name of doctor, etc.).

At the end of the school year: If your child's medication is stored at the school clinic, you must pick it up before the last day of school. Any unused medication will be destroyed two weeks after the last dosage.
