Student Data Systems (SDS) sets standards and processes for the district on the Web, Student, and Business Data Systems. SDS coordinates student and business software upgrades. SDS administers the district's student and business systems in such areas as user account maintenance and custom programming. |

SDS provides systems/services that store, secure and retrieve confidential district data. Data categories include student demographics, attendance, grades, schedules, health, immunization records, parent/guardian information, special programs, finance, purchasing, payroll, and personnel.
SDS also conducts training on the student and business systems. In addition, SDS provides PEIMS training and support. SDS is responsible for submitting business and student data to Texas Education Agency. SDS develops the district web site and supports campus web publishers. This area evaluates and improves how information is deployed and kept current. |
