Clear Creek ISD is considered an overlapping taxing entity. We have properties in both Galveston County and Harris County. We cannot use the appraisal districts of both counties. We are unable to use the parcel Central Appraisal District (CAD numbers) from both appraisal districts. The authorized appraisal district for CCISD is the Galveston Central Appraisal District (Galveston CAD). |

You can call the Galveston CAD (866) 277-4725 and ask them to give you a CCISD account number. You can also access Galveston CAD through their website at www.galvestoncad.org. You can also access CCISD accounts through the Search Tax Records link below. Statements can be printed. |

•This office accepts company checks for payment of taxes. Please include the CCISD account number on your check and/or send a printed statement with your payment. This will insure proper posting of payments. Use the R numbers.
•We accept checks for the amount of taxes and any penalty and interest that may be due at the time payment is rendered. We do not accept partial tax payments.
•We only honor U.S. Postal Service Postmarks, metered mail dates will not be considered.

Inquiries about formats and specifications for bill request by tape and payment by tape should be made directly to our processing center at (817) 431-6176. We do not process request by tape or payment by tape at this office. |

| Written request for tax bills must be received in our office no later than August 31 to insure timely mailing of requested bills. All tax bills not requested by that date will be sent to the property owner. |

| We will honor all written request for tax bills, you can print a tax bill from this site. |
|
| |
|
| If you request a tax bill and do not pay that tax bill, you are required to forward that tax bill to the property owner within 30 days of receiving the bill. |
