The Purchasing Department of Clear Creek ISD is part of the Support Services Department and is responsible for the organization and administration of procurement/purchasing for the District in accordance with the authority delegated by the Superintendent, the Board of Trustees and the Texas Education Agency.

The Clear Creek Independent School District will obtain competitive quotes for the 2008-2009 school year for purchases of personal property in the categories listed below.  Prospective vendors are to submit a CCISD Vendor Information Form by October 13, 2008, to Greg Cruthirds, Director of Purchasing, Clear Creek Independent School District, 2425 East Main Street, League City, Texas  77573 or P. O. Box 799, League City, Texas  77574.  Vendor Information Forms may be obtained by calling the Clear Creek ISD Purchasing Department at 281-284-0216 or the information can be submitted online here.

• How do I get on the District’s bid list? Vendors interested in conducting business with Clear Creek ISD are required to complete the online Vendor Information Form. This form must be on file in our department before invitations will be extended to take part in any of our solicitations for quotes or bids. A new vendor information may be completed at any time or you may send updates to your company name, address, telephone, fax number, etc. to Barbara Hogue at bhogue@ccisd.net.

• Important Information on Conflict of Interest Forms: A person or an agent of a person who contracts or seeks to contract for the sale or purchase of property, goods, or services with Clear Creek Independent School District must file a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ) with the Purchasing Department annually.
