CLEAR CREEK ISD CELEBRATES VETERANS DAY
League City, TX – Campuses throughout the Clear Creek Independent School District observed Veterans Day this week with a variety of ceremonies.
At North Pointe Elementary School students created a Wall of Honor complete with pictures and stories of their favorite veteran. They also held a ceremony Wednesday morning to honor their fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles and grandparents who served their county in the military.
The Clear Lake Intermediate School Leadership Development Corp, choir, band, and student council presented a Veterans' Day program on November 11th to honor the veterans in attendance and to reflect on the sacrifice of the veterans who have served our country.
Clear Lake High School student council also held a Veterans Day Memorial for local veterans including teachers and community members.
