School Calendar Proposed Changes

BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO VOTE ON NEW SCHOOL CALENDAR
League City -- The Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees is expected to vote on a new school calendar during a workshop session on Monday, October 13. Due to Hurricane Ike students missed 11 instructional days.
Trustees will consider the following changes:
• Cancel two professional development days (February 16 and April 13)
• Cancel four early release days (10/17, 11/21, 12/19 &1/16)
• Cancel three late arrival days (10/16, 11/13 & 12/11)
• Have school on the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving Week (November 24 and November 25)
