Lyondell Contributes to CLHS Envirothon Team

 

LEAGUE CITY, Texas— Clear Lake High School’s Envirothon team recently received a $500 donation from the Lyondell Chemical Company. The funds support the team’s competition entry fees and tee shirts, KELVIN wind turbine generator activity and a wind speed meter. The team competes at the Canon Envirothon, North America’s largest high school environmental education competition. The Envirothon is an academic, extra-curricular environmental and natural resource education program and competition designed for high school students.
