CCHS Demolition Begins Thursday

See the Walls Come Tumbling Down

 

WHO:             Clear Creek High School in the Clear Creek Independent School District

 

WHAT:          Demolition of the nearly 50-year-old high school. The demolition is taking place through the Bond 2004 initiative.

 

WHY:             The first building to be leveled is F building, which previously housed math classrooms. The campuses original academic buildings are being removed to make way for new academic wings that will be built in two phases during the next two years. The rebuild will be completed by August 2007.

 

WHEN:          1: 00 p.m.., Thursday, June 16

 

WHERE:       Clear Creek High School

                        2305 E. Main Street

                        League City, TX 77573

 

SAFETY:       If you intend on being present during the demolition, it is necessary for you to contact the Clear Creek Independent School District Office of Public Information at (281) 284-0020 in advance. At that time you will be given parking and meeting place instructions.
