Who:    Edward H. White Elementary School Fifth Grade Students

 

What:   Solar Car Races

 

When:   1:00 to 2:30, March 5

 

Where: White Elementary; 1708 Les Talley Drive; Seabrook, TX  77586

 

Why:     Students have been working with NASA engineers to design and build solar powered cars. Students have studied chassis design, friction and traction, aerodynamic designs, wheel alignment and gears for torque or speed.
