You Can Get Involved |

Whether
you have just 60 minutes to spare or hours to
share with a child, Clear Creek ISD is always
looking for committed individuals to work with
our children, teachers, and staff. Clear Creek
ISD is fortunate to be housed in a community
committed to educational excellence for all
children. We are equally privileged
to have a strong philanthropic network to fill-in
where tax dollars do not reach. We thank our
community members for believing giving to our
schools is the best return on their investment.
If your business or organization
is interested in any of the programs listed,
or would like other options, please fill out
the Partnership Selection Form.
Individuals can proceed to the volunteer application. |

| Let's Get Literate! |
|
LET’S GET LITERATE
is a one-of-a-kind, grand endeavor to promote
literacy in CCISD and bring all of our libraries
to Exemplary status; a prestigious recognition
given by the Texas Education Agency. We are
enlisting the help of area businesses, parents,
and community groups to help make literacy history
in Texas by helping us purchase the necessary
books for our libraries, and ultimately promote
the joy of reading for all ages. When we reach
our $4.5 million goal, CCISD will be the first
large school district to receive the Exemplary
recognition. Most importantly, we will
have closed the literacy gap on all our campuses.
See our Let’s Get Literate brochure for
ways you can get involved.

You're
in Good Company |
|
YOU’RE IN
GOOD COMPANY matches in-kind services
and funds with in-need students and/or campuses.
This is an excellent way for businesses to market
their services and help the CCISD community
at the same time. Here is how it works: students
and campuses will fill out a needs request and
a selection committee will review applications.
Once qualified, the Partnership Office will
match the student or campus with a Good Company
member. CCISD is proud to publicize our Good
Company members.

| Discovering the Gift
in All Students |
|
DISCOVERING THE
GIFT IN ALL STUDENTS is a school-wide
enrichment program designed to tap into the
personal strengths of a child all while still
learning math, science, language arts, and social
studies. This highly successful learning model
gives K-5 students an opportunity to collaborate
on real-life projects from creating a product-line
to solving a crime. Through this hands-on
environment children are exploring and investigating
topics directly relating to the core curriculum. |
