Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the 4th Monday of each month unless scheduled otherwise. Sessions start at 6 p.m., followed by a public session starting at 7 p.m. Meetings take place in Clear Creek ISD's Education Support Center, 2425 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573. |

| Addressing the Board of Trustees |
| |
Citizens who wish to address the Board of Trustees during the community input portion of the meeting may do so by sending a written request to:

Subject: Request to Address School Board
Meeting Date: (Date of Scheduled Meeting to Address)
The request needs to include 1) your name, 2) address, 3) phone number, the 4) topic being addressed and must be received in the Superintendent's office no later than noon on the Thursday before the regular monthly meeting.
Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker and three speakers per topic. The community input portion of the Board meeting begins at 7 p.m. The Superintendent will respond to the request by letter before the Board meeting date.
Citizens who wish to speak to the Board for one minute during the community input portion of the meeting may come to the Board Room before 7 p.m. and complete a brief form requesting that opportunity. After hearing the three-minute speakers, the Board president will call for the one-minute speakers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please refer to Board Policy BED (LOCAL). View Policy >>
Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called when necessary. There is no community input at special meetings.
