The mission of C.D. Landolt Elementary is to provide our diverse
community of learners an individualized and challenging education in a
positive environment. With the help of the home-school-community
connection we will launch the leaders of tomorrow. C. D. Landolt
Elementary was named after Casper D. “Cap” Landolt when it was opened
in August of 1979. C.D. Landolt was Superintendent of Clear Creek
I.S.D. Mr. Landolt served Clear Creek ISD from 1953 to 1964 during
which time he was very instrumental in acquiring land that many of
Clear Creek’s schools are located. The land that C.D. Landolt
Elementary was built on used to be cattle ranching land. Over the
years, Landolt has grown and changed to meet the needs of the students
who attend our beautiful school.
Landolt promotes a school
setting that provides a warm, trusting and educational environment to
build lifelong learners and good citizens. We really do Launch Leaders of the future.
