IMPORTANT NOTES
• Parents/guardians are encouraged to pay their child(ren)'s Extra-Curricular Activity Participation Fees online via credit card or debit card through CCISD4ME. Clear Creek ISD uses RevTrak for payment processing. Paying these fees online through RevTrak instantly updates a student's account (i.e., denotes the fee as 'paid'), and also improves efficiency within the school's Business Office and Athletic/Activities Office.
• Parents/guardians who feel they will have difficulty paying for their child(ren)'s Extra-Curricular Activity Participation Fees at the time they are billed are encouraged to contact the sponsor of the extracurricular program.
CCISD Extracurricular Fees
The Clear Creek Independent School District recognizes the important role extracurricular activities play in providing our students a world-class education. All students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular programs.
Clear Creek ISD shares the same economic challenges of all public schools in Texas. Over the past several years, the district has responded proactively to reduce expenditures while maintaining the quality of instructional and extracurricular programs. The state reduced its share of educating students in
Clear Creek ISD by $17 million between 2010 and 2012. This move prompted CCISD to appoint a citizens committee to develop recommendations on how to best meet this unprecedented fiscal challenge. The committee recommended an extracurricular fee to be used to offset a portion of the costs associated with transportation, equipment and facility maintenance fees.
The District established fees at a minimal rate compared to similar school districts.

If a student participates in both an athletics program and a fine arts program, only one fee is paid, not one for each program. For example, a high school student who is on the swim team and sings in the choir will pay $50.
