Renewal Verification Affidavits
Students currently attending schools in the Clear Creek Independent School District under a residency affidavit must have their residency verified twice a year to avoid withdrawal from the Clear Creek Independent School District. The students affected are those currently enrolled on an affidavit.
Residency Verification must be completed every semester providing that nothing on the original affidavit has changed.

Upon completion, please bring certified renewal affidavit to the student's school.
NOTE: No photo coping or notarizing of documents will be made on location.
If you no longer require a residency affidavit, please deliver copies of the required proof of residency documents (mortgage, lease and utility bill in your name) to the school to correct their records.
