Through Restaurants For Reading, area restaurants and community partners are helping Clear Creek ISD close the book on illiteracy. Restaurants for Reading is in full swing with several family favorite restaurants generously contributing a portion of their proceeds to CCISD libraries.

Here's how it works: Official Restaurants For Reading designate a day out of the month whereby a percentage of the day’s profits go towards the Let’s Get Literate program to buy books for school libraries across the District. CCISD is grateful to our restaurant community partners who are avid supporters of CCISD literacy goals. CCISD Restaurants For Reading are presented with an official 'Restaurant For Reading' decal to be placed in their restaurant displaying their community support.

Clear Creek ISD thanks our 2009-2010 Restaurant For Reading partners for contributing nearly $3,000 to our libraries and making the inaugural school year of this unique literacy program, well...delicious!
